WHAT DO WE DO IN CLASS?
The class is dedicated to be fun, encouraging and challenging. It doesn't matter if you're a newbie or haven't worked out in many years or if you're a seasoned gym goer, I promise the class will not disappoint. I combine traditional barbell and dumbbell strength exercises like deadlifts, squats, overhead presses, with bodyweight exercises, plyo boxe work, 75 feet of turf for sprints, battle rope drills, and prowler/sled runs, just to name a few. The exercises are combined in a circuit and executed with a work/rest ratio that is designed to accommodate members of all levels.

Single Class Pass $15.00 + HST
Unlimited 8 Week Pass (16 classes @ $12.50/class) $200.00 + HST
