WHAT DO WE DO IN CLASS?

The class combines short bursts of interval training to spike your heart rate and strength training using various pieces of equipment for a full body workout. You will improve your:

  • Cardio-vascular fitness

  • Core strength and conditioning

  • Full body strength and conditioning

  • Range of motion and flexibility

  • Caloric burn
