Fast forward to today - I’m a personal trainer, bikini bodybuilder, and HYROX athlete. However - I spent over 5 years balancing working in the IT industry after university while maintaining a fitness regime. I know the first hand struggle of working 9-5, and still trying to make time for life and healthy habits. Outside of the gym I spend time with my two dogs, love to travel, and love to eat.
