Women’s Small Group Training
A small group class designed to support women through the physical challenges women face.
Service Description
This 4-week program was developed specifically to support the physical challenges women face, such as decreased bone mineral density, loss of muscle mass, and decreased mobility. Regardless of age these issues are important to address to avoid or to improve. The course is aimed to achieve multiple goals, to build body awareness, physical coordination, increase muscular strength, and to learn safe and effective weight training to support weight loss. With this form of training, you will see progress in muscular development and fat loss. Set yourself on a healthy path for your future, but do so with other like minded women in an awesome environment and community! This class will run every Tuesday and Thursday in four-week blocks.
